Job summary

Outsourced.ph seeks an exceptionally accurate and trainable international remote legal professional to convert client intake information into accurate court forms and attachments for California conservatorship filings. Training includes templates, checklists, and county-specific instructions, with emphasis on attention to detail and English proficiency.

Prior California conservatorship experience is preferred but not required for a strong candidate with paralegal background, excellent English,

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of substantive paralegal, legal-assistant, or comparable court document experience.
• Experience completing formal court, government, or standardized forms.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong reading comprehension.
• Exceptional attention to names, dates, addresses, and consistency.
• Ability to work accurately from client questionnaires, templates, and checklists.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review client intake materials and organize the matter.
• Identify missing, inconsistent or unclear information.
• Prepare California Judicial Council forms and local county forms.
• Draft factual attachments and supporting documents.
• Assemble the initial filing package in the required order.
• Track deadlines and flag open items for review and direction.
