Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking a BC Support Consultant to provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and to assist with client implementations.

You will diagnose issues, deliver training, write reports, and handle data imports/exports while maintaining high service standards and collaborative teamwork in a remote, full-time role from the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in software support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to clients via phone, email and remote sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues and escalate when needed.
• Conduct training sessions and guide clients on best practices.
• Maintain records of support interactions and document solutions.
• Assist in managing software implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
