Job summary

Adventus IT Services (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead to oversee Adventus’ SAP-to-BC migration and to own and optimise the platform internally.

The role requires hands-on BC implementation experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive data migration, testing, go-live and ongoing process improvements with cross-functional teams. You will develop user documentation and provide training to internal users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Finance required.
• 7+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 BC / Dynamics NAV experience.
• Proven ERP migration experience (SAP to BC).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a major ERP transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP to Dynamics 365 Business Central migration with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and translate to BC solutions.
• Oversee configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.
• Serve as internal BC SME and system owner.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and optimisation of BC processes.
• Manage system enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting and user support.
• Work with Finance, Operations, Sales and IT to improve processes and adoption.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners as needed.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead to lead Adventus’ migration from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and subsequently own and optimise the platform internally.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Business Central implementation experience, with proven exposure to ERP migration, business process transformation, and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Adventus’ SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central migration, working closely with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.

• Gather business requirements, perform process mapping and gap analysis, and translate requirements into Business Central solutions.

• Support end-to-end implementation activities including solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live.

• Serve as the internal Business Central subject matter expert and system owner.

• Drive continuous improvement, automation and optimisation of Business Central processes.

• Manage system enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting and user support.

• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and IT teams to improve business processes and system adoption.

• Manage external vendors and implementation partners where required.

• Develop user documentation and provide training to internal users.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Strong communication, stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.

• Proven experience with end-to-end Business Central implementations.

• Experience with ERP migration projects, preferably SAP to Business Central.

• Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Operations.

• Experience in requirements gathering, data migration, UAT and go-live.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of a major ERP transformation project.

• Experience with SAP and/or Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is a plus.
