Hammerjack Pty Ltd. is seeking a highly strategic Business Analyst for a remote position.

This role connects stakeholders, operations, and IT to identify bottlenecks, architect scalable systems, and drive tech initiatives that elevate performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will translate business complexity into executable IT projects, leverage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central expertise, and lead cross-functional IT initiatives from discovery to launch.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Strategy, Operations Strategy, or similar high-impact role.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Strong technical literacy (APIs, automation tools, CRM systems, system integrations).
• Experience working directly with developers and technical teams.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term fixes with long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Discovery & Systems Thinking: conduct structured discovery sessions with department heads to uncover root constraints; analyze workflows end-to-end; map current vs future-state processes with scalability in mind; assess cross-functional system impacts; surface risks and bottlenecks; partner with leadership on tech-enabled strategy.
• IT Project Scoping & Execution Leadership: translate business challenges into structured charters and BRDs; break initiatives into phases; define KPIs; collaborate with IT on feasibility; guide sprint planning; oversee timelines and stakeholder communications; facilitate UAT and post-launch audits.
• Amazon & Agency Systems Optimization: identify automation opportunities in account management, PPC, reporting; improve dashboards, CRMs, and data flows; recommend scalable automation and AI integrations.
• Automation, AI & Process Innovation: audit repetitive workflows; design automation frameworks to reduce labor hours; evaluate new tools; balance build-vs-buy; create efficiency models.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: act as liaison between non-technical stakeholders and IT; communicate complex tech in business language; drive alignment and support change management.
