Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Brand Merchandise Production Coordinator for a full-time remote role supporting merchandise production, procurement, and vendor coordination across projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will oversee POs, coordinate with vendors, track inventory in Packiyo and CommonSku, and seek workflow improvements while maintaining precise records and client compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in merchandise production, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CommonSku, and Packiyo (or similar WMS tools).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track client production orders from purchase order submission to final delivery.
• Liaise between Brand Merchandise Managers and vendors for clear communication, quality assurance, and timely execution.
• Maintain up-to-date records in Packiyo and CommonSku, tracking POs, shipments, and production statuses.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and vendor relationships.
• Review proofs and ensure product specs meet client expectations and that shipments align with project requirements.
• Coordinate vendor payments and track production-related expenses.
