MicroSourcing is seeking a BPO Finance and Accounting Pre-Sales Consultant to support client discussions, design solutions, and ensure delivery readiness. This remote role requires strong transactional accounting experience and collaboration with Delivery, Sales, and Client Success teams.

You will lead discovery calls, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive onboarding, training, and go-live activities, while staying current on accounting tech and best practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Finance & Accounting experience in a BPO context.
• 3–5 years of BPO experience.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client discovery conversations to understand accounting processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into practical Finance & Accounting solutions.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, training, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across client and delivery teams.
• Educate internal teams on capabilities, processes, and client use cases.
• Stay updated on accounting technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide post-launch advisory for performance and process improvements.
