Job summary

Delegate CX in the Philippines seeks a meticulous bookkeeper to own day-to-day accounting for a U.S.-based client. You will handle AP and AR, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements, and cash flow reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

This role suits someone who works independently, manages multiple deadlines, and collaborates with a fractional CFO as needed. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is essential, with familiarity in sales tax remittances and depreciation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience for small businesses, preferably US-based.
• Hands-on with core accounting duties including AP/AR and month-end close.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel with strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier bills and payments and reconcile statements.
• Prepare client invoices, apply payments, and manage collections.
• Maintain GL, bank reconciliations, and P&L / cash flow reporting.
• Perform month-end close, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
