Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Comprehensive experience managing payroll, accounts payable, and month-end accounts.
• Advanced proficiency in MYOB and Xero.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High-level written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with high accuracy and meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and awareness of how deadlines impact the team.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and inter-entity transactions; ensure ledger accuracy.
• Prepare monthly accounts using MYOB and Xero; deliver timely financial reports.
• Manage inbound calls and team queries; maintain organized digital records.
