Job summary

Forsspac MBR Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Digital Designer to set up, develop, and coordinate BIM models for MEP systems, aligned with engineer direction and Forsspac standards.

Maintain BIM models through the project lifecycle, coordinate across trades to resolve clashes, and ensure design intent is accurately reflected. Prepare drawing sheets and BIM content libraries, with flexible hours and remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP digital design and BIM modelling with coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Strong BIM software knowledge and project delivery understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set up, develop, and coordinate BIM models for MEP systems per engineer direction and Forsspac standards.
• Maintain BIM models through the required LOD across project stages.
• Coordinate models across trades and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Work with engineers to ensure models reflect design intent and technical requirements.
• Prepare high quality drawing sheets, views, and annotations per BIM standards.
• Develop and maintain Revit families, shared parameters, and BIM content libraries.
