Job summary

Ehvert Mission Critical seeks an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator for long-term independent contracting in the Philippines, supporting US-based data center projects remotely.

You will coordinate MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, lead clash detection, and manage coordination meetings with international teams to deliver constructible design information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related engineering/architecture field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on BIM experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience coordinating data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate federated BIM models for MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Perform 3D clash detection and spatial coordination.
• Lead issue-resolution workflows and document resolutions with due dates.
• Create and maintain clash reports, coordination logs, and model health dashboards.
• Review equipment layouts and penetrations for constructability and maintainability.
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plan and project standards.
• Coordinate major data center systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection).
