Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Stripe Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will complete real-world Stripe workflows, document steps, and provide high-quality interaction data to support AI system development.

This contractor role is open to candidates based in the Philippines. You will create and manage Stripe records, record your screen, and clearly explain the tools used while ensuring accuracy and adherence to project guidelines in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Stripe experience in finance, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• Currently able to access Stripe and navigate independently.
• Comfortable recording and sharing screen during workflows.
• Experience with payments, billing, subscriptions, refunds, disputes.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned Stripe workflows using payments or financial ops.
• Navigate Stripe customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and disputes.
• Create and manage Stripe records (customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds).
• Record screen while completing workflows and show steps clearly.
• Create prompts and rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and explain Stripe tools used.
• Review tasks for accuracy and alignment with guidelines.
• Follow project instructions and maintain quality in a remote setting.

Job description

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Philippines.

Pay: $90–$170/hr

Role Title: Stripe Specialist

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

We are engaging Stripe Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Stripe. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on Stripe experience to complete realistic payment and financial operations workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Scope of Work

1. Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Stripe using practical payment or financial operations experience.
2. Navigate Stripe features related to customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and transactions.
3. Complete common payment and billing workflows based on provided instructions.
4. Create and manage customers, payments, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, and other relevant records within Stripe.
5. Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
6. Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
7. Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Stripe tools, features, and actions used.
8. Review completed tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
9. Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using Stripe in a professional, finance, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce environment.
2. Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
3. Current access to Stripe and ability to navigate the platform independently.
4. Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing Stripe workflows.
5. Experience with payments, billing, subscriptions, invoicing, refunds, disputes, or financial operations.
6. Familiarity with Stripe Billing, reporting, or other Stripe features is a plus.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
