Percepta in the Philippines seeks a remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain reports for global stakeholders. You’ll focus on reliability, accessibility, and actionable insights while delivering high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related reporting and business intelligence experience.
• 5+ years in reporting and business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel with PowerQuery and Pivot Tables.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platform.
• SQL experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports with accuracy.
• Ensure timely deliverables and quality control.
• Expand reporting portfolio and distribution methods.
• Define cross-department data definitions and KPIs.
• Support requirements gathering and UAT for Global Reporting.
• Train end users on reports/tools.
• Document procedures for Global Reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data and technology.
• Handle data extrapolation requests from leadership.
• Develop skills to stay on BI cutting edge.
