Job summary

Smartsourcing in Cebu City, Philippines invites a proactive Business Analyst (Data & Reporting) to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards from data models to DAX measures. You will own management reporting across finance, asset performance, and broker origination, ensure data quality, and document logic for repeatable reporting.

You'll lead data extraction with SQL, build scalable data solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate commercial questions into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch and running reporting independently.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders and turning messy source data into reliable reporting.
• Exposure to financial services, asset finance, leasing, or book-based lending advantageous.
• Exposure to multi-entity group reporting/consolidation or credit-risk/portfolio-performance metrics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain data models, Power Query transformations, and DAX measures.
• Build group consolidation reporting, monthly board pack, and deal-performance analytics.
• Streamline the monthly reporting cycle and reduce manual touchpoints.
