Job summary

Percepta LLC is seeking a remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to provide enterprise-wide reporting support and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and leadership strategy.

The role collaborates with internal and external customers, develops and maintains reports and dashboards in Power BI, ensures accuracy, and contributes to data definitions, QA, and accessibility of insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related reporting and BI experience.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery, Pivot Tables, and other advanced functions.
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platform.
• SQL experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external customers to design, develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables with QA/QC efforts.
• continually improve reporting portfolio, processes, frequency, and distribution methods.
• Develop standardized data definitions, KPIs, and calculations.
• Lead requirements gathering, development, QA, and UAT for Global Reporting initiatives.
• Provide user training on reports and tools.
