CrewBloom is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT) Recruiter to source, screen, and schedule qualified BT candidates to support ABA therapy services. This high-volume recruiting role requires managing multiple pipelines, maintaining Zoho records, and meeting weekly hiring targets without compromising quality or compliance.

You will drive sourcing through job boards and networks, conduct phone screens, verify RBT certification status and location coverage, and coordinate orientation with HR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required.

Responsibilities

• Source Behavioral Technician candidates via job boards, social platforms, networks, and referrals.
• Screen candidates to assess eligibility, availability, and interest.
• Schedule orientation/training and coordinate with HR/ops teams.
• Maintain Zoho candidate profiles and track pipeline stages.
• Provide weekly pipeline reporting and communicate gaps proactively.
