TrueCollab HR is a US-based HR consulting firm seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our client base. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, following up on campaigns, making outbound calls, and scheduling discovery calls with the Founder.

This fully remote role requires confident communication with US-based business leaders, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to articulate the value of fractional HR services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or similar roles.
• Experience making outbound calls to US-based businesses or customers in a B2B context.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects after email outreach.
• Conduct outbound email outreach with structured sequences.
• Engage prospects and build rapport with business owners and leaders.
• Qualify leads based on company size, HR needs, and decision-maker access.
• Schedule discovery calls between qualified prospects and the Founder.
• Maintain records in HubSpot CRM and keep data updated.
• Track outreach activity and provide weekly pipeline updates.
• Communicate prospect feedback to improve messaging.
