Job summary

RestaurantSupply.com is seeking a freelance B2B eCommerce CRO & Product Designer to drive measurable growth across the customer experience. This remote, part-time 1099 engagement focuses on improving conversion, revenue, and reducing friction across high-traffic, large catalog sites.

The ideal candidate blends product-minded UX with data-driven experimentation, extensive B2B commerce experience, and strong proficiency in Figma, GA4, and collaboration with developers to deliver measurable

Qualifications

5+ years designing product experiences for B2B eCommerce, high-ticket eCommerce, or large-scale catalog sites.
Proven ability to increase conversion rate, revenue, or other commercial KPIs through design and experimentation.
Strong portfolio with problem→solution→experiment→results storytelling.
Advanced proficiency with Figma and developer-ready designs and systems.
Experience with GA4, Clarity, Hotjar or similar analytics platforms and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior and funnels to identify opportunities that boost conversion and revenue.
Theme friction across journeys and design improvements aligned to business goals.
Design conversion-focused product experiences in Figma ready for dev implementation.
Optimize navigation, search, product discovery, PDPs, cart, checkout, and account flows.
Develop hypotheses for A/B tests and validate improvements with data and stakeholders.
Iterate on experiments based on outcomes and metrics, coordinating with engineers.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and ecommerce leadership to prioritize high-impact work.
Maintain consistent, high-quality customer experience across large catalogs.
Proactively identify optimization opportunities rather than awaiting requests.
Stay current on B2B eCommerce trends, behavior, and CRO best practices.
