Job summary

My Amazon Guy is a remote-friendly digital marketing agency seeking a CRO Specialist to optimize internal sites and funnels. You’ll lead experiments, improve UX, and drive measurable conversion enhancements across our platforms.

Work remotely from the Philippines with EST hours, collaborate with copywriters and designers, and contribute to a growing CRO roadmap while mentoring juniors and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CRO, digital experimentation, or UX analysis.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and user behavior analysis.
• Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
• Comfortable working with WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CRO audits for internal sites and funnels.
• Analyze site performance using behavioral and quantitative tools.
• Develop hypotheses and run A/B or multivariate tests with QA.
• Provide wireframes or annotated mockups for dev/design teams.
• Own setup, monitoring, and documentation of tests from concept to conclusion.
• Identify underperforming pages and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain a CRO roadmap with opportunities and backlog.
• Report performance insights to leadership and highlight learnings.
• Review forms, CTAs, and funnel flows to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to refine messaging and layout.
• Stay current with CRO trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools.
• Mentor junior team members as CRO grows.
