BruntWork is hiring for an Authorization Representative I in a permanent work-from-home role. The position focuses on timely submission, follow-up, and approval of Authorization Requests from Accounts, while maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will train to become highly proficient, work with payer portals, and ensure 24-hour turnaround on inquiries and approvals. The role offers hourly compensation and requires ownership of a home computer and internet.

Formación

• 2-year experience in US-based medical billing or billing in a medical practice.
• Permanent work-from-home arrangement.
• Own computer and reliable internet connection required.
• Immediate hiring for this position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Process Authorization requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Submit Auths within 24 hours of required information.
• Maintain records and update client systems promptly.
• Escalate unresolved requests to Auth Rep II.
• Participate in weekly Account team meetings and reporting.
