Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Healthcare Associate for remote work from the Philippines. The role centers on prior authorization within healthcare settings, including BPOs, hospitals, clinics, payer-services teams, or revenue cycle departments.

You will submit authorization requests, gather clinical documentation, track status, and handle follow-ups. Collaboration across EHR/EMR systems and payer portals is essential, with HIPAA training required.

Qualifications

• Prior authorization experience or knowledge within healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare BPO, hospital, clinic, payer-services team, or revenue cycle department.
• Ability to work remotely with a fixed schedule and HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Submit authorization requests through payer portals and track to resolution.
• Collect and validate clinical documentation and patient information.
• Manage payer follow-up, status tracking, escalations, and deadlines.
• Support peer-to-peer reviews, denials, reconsiderations, and appeals.
• Work across EHR/EMR systems and payer portals; enter data accurately and keep docs audit-ready.
• Handle inbound calls from healthcare professionals and clarify billing or account details.
• Maintain confidentiality and SLA awareness in a high-volume, multi-queue environment.
