Job summary

D2B is seeking an Operations Analyst (Australian SMSF) for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will support SMSF administration, fund maintenance, and transaction processing for Australian clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SMSF operations, experience with BGL Simple Fund 360, Class Super, or SuperMate, and strong Excel and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SMSF operations or related Australian financial services roles.
• Experience with Australian SMSF platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and operational processing of SMSFs for Australian clients.
• Assist with fund maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
• Provide compliance support and audit preparation; follow SOP-driven workflows.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records; ensure regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with an Australian team and manage multiple tasks remotely.
