Job summary

Australia Wide is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll for a diverse client portfolio across Australia. You will process timesheets, apply awards and superannuation, and help onboard new employees.

After training, you’ll independently manage payroll activities and ensure accurate records. Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years of Australian payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• Relevant Australian payroll experience prioritized.
• Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Australian clients.
• Process and review payroll information including timesheets.
• Apply Australian Awards, superannuation and payroll requirements.
• Assist with payroll onboarding and setup for new employees.
• Manage varying payroll requirements across client accounts.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and follow procedures.
• Collaborate with team during training and transition to ownership.
