Sleek Inc is seeking an Accountant for the Australia team, focusing on BAS lodgements, accurate financial records, and client advisory while delivering clear insights. You will work remotely from the Philippines with a globally distributed client base, leveraging Xero and Dext for cloud accounting and reporting.

You will partner with bookkeeping and tax teams to ensure ledger integrity and Australian regulatory alignment, offering payroll support and proactive client service across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in Australia
• Experience lodging BAS and IAS
• Maintain full sets of accounts and fixed assets for client portfolios
• Proficient with Xero and Dext for cloud accounting and reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS accurately and on time, reconcile GST and payroll liabilities
• Maintain clean financial records and full sets of accounts for multiple clients
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, invoicing, collections and reconciliations
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams to ensure accurate ledger entries
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports for clients
• Provide payroll support and maintain strong client communications and regulatory compliance
