BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Atlassian to design and build custom Jira and Confluence plugins and integrations. You will work on cloud-native applications using Forge, and craft scalable workflows and automation across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Atlassian product development.
• Experience building Jira/Confluence plugins and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian APIs and Forge.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom plugins and extensions for Jira and Confluence using the Atlassian SDK.
• Build and deploy modern, cloud-native applications using the Atlassian Forge platform.
• Create and optimize complex Jira workflows, custom fields, and automation rules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations between Atlassian products and third-party enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of custom-built Atlassian tools through proactive maintenance and documentation.
