Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design and manage scalable, secure cloud environments on AWS. You will bridge development and operations, automating infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Join a 100% remote team with flexible hours and global collaboration. You will work with Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CodePipeline to deliver reliable releases while following security best practices and monitoring strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations.
• Proven expertise in building infrastructure on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline or GitHub Actions.
• Experience managing containerized deployments with Docker.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage cloud-native infrastructure using core AWS services to support high-traffic applications.
• Automate provisioning and lifecycle of infrastructure components via declarative code.
• Build and optimize automated deployment pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
• Implement container orchestration strategies to improve portability and efficiency.
• Establish monitoring and logging to maintain system health and performance.
• Define and enforce security best practices across AWS, including IAM.
