Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
Hands-on ownership of production systems end-to-end.
Experience in a customer-facing technical support or support engineering role.
Independent with high accountability.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Own a production integration end to end, including code, deployments, and service health monitoring.
Act as the first technical responder for customer issues on the integration.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with urgency and precision.
Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure service coverage and continuity.
Leverage AI tooling to support cross-language work and accelerate issue resolution.
