Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience ONLY.
• Basic understanding of accounting and assurance concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and good written & oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Robust logical and reasoning skills.
• Interest in business and commerciality.
• Willing to be assigned in a hybrid set-up with 2 days minimum onsite work.
• Keen to start immediately.
• Amenable to work in McKinley West, BGC, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for delivering the highest quality on every task assigned in line with EY Global review methodology.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of an industry or sector and be aware of technical issues or assurance risks.
• Execute & document specific review procedures as defined by the engagement teams.
• Build knowledge about risk management including processes, regulations, and client risks.
• Timely identification of accounting issues, documenting facts and findings.
• Work with the GDS senior and global team members to set goals and responsibilities.
• Interact with the global engagement team regularly and develop productive working relationships.
• Contribute ideas for improvement by comparing review procedures across clients.
• Contributes to a positive team environment with commitment and optimism.
• Promote EY’s ethical and professional standards, including data confidentiality.
• Develop knowledge of EY technology and tools to learn and share knowledge.
