Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Associate in its GDS Assurance group to lead engagements from the GDS front, coordinate with global teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reviews. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential to drive efficient assurance services.

The role emphasizes building relationships with EY counterparts across regions, embedding risk management, and coaching team members while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Freshly Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
• 0-1 year of small experience in Assurance
• Familiarity with accounting standards and reviews is helpful

Responsibilities

• Lead an engagement from the GDS front and ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Demonstrate understanding of GAM and EY tools to enhance reviews.
• Develop relationships with EY Global counterparts.
• Embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into the engagement work.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and track utilization vs. budget.
