Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs is seeking an Assistant Controller to drive accuracy in financial reporting and lead a skilled accounting team. You will oversee day-to-day accounting, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with cross‑functional leaders to deliver timely insights that guide business decisions.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, CPA, and 5–8+ years in accounting; familiarity with multiple ERPs and Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2–4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close and GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Supervise accounting staff and mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal controls and compliance.
