Pacifica Homes Development Corporation (PHDC) seeks an Accounting Officer – Asset Management to safeguard and optimize the company’s assets through accurate monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting. The role oversees asset records and movements and coordinates with departments to ensure asset accountability.

This position supports physical inventories and controls, aligning with compliance and effective utilization of resources as PHDC aims to deliver premium homes across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, warehouse operations, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and fixed asset accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of stock-taking and reconciliation procedures.
