Job summary

ConnectOS is hiring a Broker Settlements Officer in Metro Manila. The role supports Australian brokers with post-approval, settlement and post-settlement administration of asset finance applications, ensuring funding is accurate, compliant, and on time.

You will manage loan applications, enter data into CRM systems, prepare contracts, and monitor progress while ensuring compliance with NCCP and related requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Australian asset finance settlements or loan administration.
• Experience in post-approval documentation and funding.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, LMG CRM, or similar) and lender systems (e.g., Capital Finance, Metro Finance, Plenti, or similar).
• Strong understanding of lending processes and documentation requirements.
• Good working knowledge of basic IT systems and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan applications from post-submission to settlement.
• Data entry of client and application details into CRM systems (e.g., LMG CRM, lender portals).
• Prepare loan contracts for borrowers, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor documentation progress and provide regular updates to brokers.
• Coordinate settlement requirements (e.g., commission invoices, ID verification, certificates of currency).
