Job summary

Staff X is seeking a senior ArchiCAD draftsperson to own drawing output from schematic design through full construction documentation for commercial and multi-residential projects in Australia. You will coordinate with external consultants and act as a trusted technical contributor in a fast‑moving architectural practice.

Remote role from the Philippines. Requires 5+ years of experience, ArchiCAD proficiency (ArchiCAD 28 preferred, 29 readiness a plus), and a mandatory portfolio demonstrating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural drafting experience in a professional environment.
• Experience producing architectural documentation across commercial and multi-residential projects.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory and must demonstrate drawing quality and depth.
• Strong file management discipline and adherence to template/library conventions.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, coordinated architectural drawings in ArchiCAD across all project phases (schematic to construction documents).
• Maintain clean ArchiCAD files with proper layer usage and organization.
• Attend daily check-ins with the project lead to report progress and priorities.
• Communicate directly with external consultants to distribute drawings and request reviews.
• Self-check outputs for legibility, accuracy, and buildability before submission.
• Batch non-urgent queries and present options to the project lead.
• Incorporate consultant feedback and maintain version control.
