Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking an AR Specialist to support our finance team from the Philippines. The role emphasizes cash application, customer account management, collections, and AR reporting.

Hands-on AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are highly valued, ideally within a CPG or multi-entity setting. The successful candidate will manage payments, resolve unapplied cash, maintain customer records, monitor aging, and collaborate with Sales

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on accounts receivable or cash application experience.
• Strong experience applying customer payments and resolving unapplied cash.
• Experience with AR aging, account reconciliation, and collections follow-up.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and lookup functions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume transactions.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply incoming customer payments via ACH/EFT, wires, checks, and other methods.
• Match payments to invoices and investigate unapplied cash and discrepancies.
• Research and resolve customer deductions and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and reconciliations.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Send dunning letters and conduct collections follow-up calls.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts, cash receipts, and AR sub-ledgers.
• Prepare AR aging, cash clearing, and other AR reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to AR and cash.
