Business Support Outsourcing (BSO) is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist to join our remote accounting team in the Philippines. You will accurately apply customer payments, reconcile accounts, and support AR functions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication with customers and internal teams, and collaboration with the AR Team Lead. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of AR experience are preferred, with graveyard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• At least 1 year AR / cash application experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel and Office applications.
• Willing to work in graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments to accounts.
• Review remittance details and match to invoices.
• Investigate unapplied or misapplied payments.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts in the AR system.
• Support AR Team Lead and respond to audit requests.
