Job summary

Getwingapp is hiring a remote Appointment Setter to support international sales. You will reach out to leads, qualify prospects, and schedule calls or demos for Account Executives, primarily targeting US and Australia time zones.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work graveyard shifts. Training and a supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work graveyard shift.
• Familiarity with CRMs, VoIP, and online calendars.

Responsibilities

• Call and email potential clients in the US and AUS to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos.
• Document all communications accurately in CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
• Screen & vet leads for fit competencies, and technical skills.
• Develop and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, and ensure details are accurate.
