Job summary

Hawthorne Training Consultancy Service is seeking a Sales Acquisition Agent to set appointments with new clients and follow up on prospects. This fully remote, flexi-time role offers commission-based earnings with monthly recurring income and is well-suited for individuals connected to business owners or decision-makers in corporations.

The position emphasizes lead generation, prospecting, and appointment setting, with ongoing commissions on live accounts even after turnover.

Qualifications

• No required educational attainment or job experience.
• Computer literate.
• Contacts and ability to influence those contacts.
• Preferably Resides within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Manage the appointment setting and follow ups to the client. Once the client signs a contract and the downpayment is made to our company account, you may turnover the account and we manage the account already from thereon, but you will still continue to receive a monthly % commission from the account every month as long as the account is live and paying although you are no longer working on the account.
