Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for potential clients, manage leads, overcome objections, and schedule qualified appointments. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.

Many clients are ready to hire immediately, sometimes on interview day. Responsibilities include calling leads, qualifying opportunities, following up, updating CRM, coordinating calendars, and providing regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior appointment-setting experience required.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts.
• Strong customer service orientation and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Call the maximum number of leads to schedule appointments.
• Speed to the lead by calling immediately within set hours.
• Qualify appointments based on criteria for readiness, motivation, financing and fit.
• Follow up with leads and nurture until appointments are set.
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects.
• Update CRM with interactions and manage appointment calendars.
• Provide regular daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
