Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling leads, overcoming objections, and scheduling qualified appointments.

You'll work remotely in a fast-paced environment, calling on leads, maintaining scripts, updating CRM, and coordinating appointment calendars. Excellent English communication and customer service are essential; prior appointment-setting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment-setting experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable making phone calls and delivering call scripts.
• Strong customer service orientation and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Call the maximum number of leads to schedule appointments with clients.
• Speed to the lead: call leads immediately during set hours.
• Qualify appointments based on criteria to determine readiness, motivation, financing and fit.
• Conduct lead follow-ups and nurtures until appointments are set, following database rhythms of various cadences.
• Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects.
• Follow scripts and sales skills to deliver value propositions and handle objections.
• Ongoing sales skill development.
• Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information after each interaction.
• Coordinate and manage the calendar of appointments.
• Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
