Job summary

The Opportunity Hub UK is hiring a User Acquisition Manager to develop and optimise growth strategies for mobile apps. This remote, full-time role partners with clients to drive high-quality users at scale using data-driven analysis.

You will monitor core UA metrics such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS and LTV, present insights, and collaborate with ASO, creative, analytics and strategy teams to boost long-term value and retention across international markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition or mobile marketing.
• Experience in a digital/marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UA metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV and retention.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with testing and experimentation to improve acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement User Acquisition strategies for mobile app clients.
• Drive high-quality user acquisition through relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyse key UA metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV and retention.
• Analyse acquisition and behavioural data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Optimise strategies based on performance data and user quality.
• Conduct testing and experimentation to improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
• Identify opportunities to increase user volume while maintaining costs.
• Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader app growth objectives.
• Utilise attribution data to understand performance and user journeys.
• Keep up to date with UA trends and best practices.
