The ideal candidate will excel in process improvement, vendor management, and cross-functional communication while complying with US tax and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Full English fluency (written and spoken).
• Availability to work standard US Pacific Standard Time business hours.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced functions and pivots.
• Working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools for AP workflows.
• Experience managing the full 1099 reporting cycle.
• Familiarity with audit support processes and cross-functional finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP process across multiple currencies and vendors.
• Lead AP team operations, including scheduling and performance development.
• Drive automation and AI integration for AP workflows using Coupa and Claude.
• Support month-end/year-end close activities and 1099 reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready records and respond to inquiries.
