Job summary

Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms. We are seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to create standout designs on Amazon marketplaces in a full-time role.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and the Marketing Team to translate client visions into compelling Amazon content, storefronts, PDP graphics, and marketing assets, while maintaining consistent visual branding across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design or comparable work experience.
3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Excellent communication skills, able to share ideas and collaborate with designers and managers.
Self-discipline and the ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
Strong time-management skills, able to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
Experience with Amazon or e-commerce content is a plus.
Familiarity with other design tools is a plus (e.g., Figma, Canva, video editing).

Responsibilities

Create high-quality Amazon/e-commerce-related designs (A+ content, storefronts, PDP graphics, etc.).
Design a variety of marketing content for internal and external use (branding, GIFs, presentations, social media graphics, logos, banner ads).
Ensure consistent visual branding across all platforms to unlock brand recognition by working with Content Managers.
Support in gathering visual inspiration, brand immersions, competitive analysis, and reference materials to support design decisions.
