Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads or marketplace campaigns.
• Experience with Mercado Libre advertising tools and LATAM eCommerce is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through others.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving with a strategic mindset.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts) and familiar with media platforms like PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact for marketplace media efforts.
• Lead daily client communications to align on goals, performance, and optimizations.
• Develop and implement strategic media roadmaps with test plans and risk analyses.
• Translate client objectives into marketplace media strategies and execution plans.
• Use data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance.
• Manage and mentor marketplace specialists with clear goals and development plans.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to foster growth and accountability.
