Qualifications
- Strong written English proficiency for case notes and documentation.
- Excellent basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based tools/databases.
- Outstanding attention to detail for repetitive tasks over long periods.
- Willingness to follow precise, written SOPs and onboarding processes.
- Open to fresh graduates building a foundation in e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain sourcing cost data accuracy inside Amazon Seller Central.
- Retrieve, organize, and upload invoices, bills of lading, proof of delivery per request.
- Open, track, and manage documentation and workflow cases to resolution.
- Maintain a running log of shipment data, discrepancies, and case statuses.
