Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Manila to deliver frontline support for sales planning tooling and processes.

You will resolve planning system tickets, safeguard data quality, and maintain revenue accuracy across planning tools used by Field Sales teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of data, functional or operational analysis with large data volumes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and able to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets.
• Experience managing ticket-based or case-based support teams with defined SLAs and quality metrics.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of evolving operational issues and inquiries across tools and processes used by Sales and Field teams.
• Resolve assigned support tickets from intake to closure, including complex or ambiguous issues beyond standard procedures.
• Build knowledge of systems, data, and policies to guide users on proper tool usage and policy questions.
• Investigate and resolve system errors, data synchronization issues, and data discrepancies with root-cause analysis and documented steps.
• Escalate issues to partner teams when fixes are outside scope, and collaborate for smooth handoffs.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements, including automation opportunities and testing of new tools.
• Contribute to team docs and knowledge resources; support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Produce clear written and verbal communications, including root-cause write-ups for leadership reviews.
• This role reports to the office located in Taguig, Philippines, on an 8PM to 5AM PHT shift.
