Job summary

FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. is seeking an Amazon Item Creation Specialist to support catalog live listings and compliance for Amazon.

This remote-mid shift role is based in Metro Manila, with salary PHP 25,000–40,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities include researching catalog paths, validating GTIN/UPC, building listings via flat files and Seller Central UI, and drafting optimized titles, bullets, and descriptions.

Qualifications

1–2+ years in Amazon catalog creation and live listings.
Experience with catalog matching, child variations, and net-new ASINs/PDPs.
Strong command of US English copywriting for titles, bullets, and descriptions.
Knowledge of GTIN/UPC requirements and flat file/bulk upload processes.

Responsibilities

Research existing catalog to determine proper creation path.
Validate GTIN/UPC, brand authorizations, and compliance docs.
Build and submit listings using flat files, templates, and Seller Central UI.
Write Amazon-compliant titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms; draft A+ content briefs.
Coordinate with Merchandising and Graphics teams to ensure timely SKU launches.
