Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to oversee client Amazon accounts from the Philippines, working remotely with EST hours. You’ll optimize listings, monitor health, and coordinate inventory to ensure smooth operations.

You will collaborate with analysts to hit KPIs, perform keyword research with Helium 10, and prepare client reports. A globally minded, collaborative team is essential for our growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in eCommerce space
• 2+ years Amazon account management (agency preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Hands-on Helium 10 keyword research
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Willing to work night/graveyard shifts

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute KPIs
• Track and maintain overall account health metrics and address issues
• Manage and optimize product listings and keywords
• Coordinate inventory, shipments, and inbound logistics
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
• Provide client-facing reports with recommendations
• Support administrative tasks as needed
