Job summary

Agile Beyond Inc. is seeking a logistics professional to manage air freight imports from booking to delivery, coordinate customs clearance and deliveries, and liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, and overseas agents.

You will prepare quotations and shipping documents while monitoring shipments and maintaining records in CargoWise. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of logistics operations experience, strong knowledge of air freight routes, excellent communication and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of air freight and airline routings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage air freight IMPORTS operations from booking to delivery.
• Coordinate customs clearance, collections, and deliveries.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, suppliers, brokers, and overseas agents.
• Prepare quotations and shipping/customs documents.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or service issues.
• Maintain accurate records in CargoWise.
