Job summary

Cooper Roofing Inc. seeks an AI & Systems Integration Specialist to own the tech stack end-to-end, auditing tools, mapping workflows, and building reliable integrations with Zapier, Make.com and n8n.

You will report to the Founder and CEO in a remote setup with Philippines overlap requirements. Collaborate with Marketing, Web Development and Operations to consolidate platforms, improve data accuracy, and automate estimates, proposals, invoicing, and dashboards across JobNimbus, QuickBooks and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT administration, systems administration, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on with at least two platforms: Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.
• Experience administering a CRM (GoHighLevel, JobNimbus or similar).
• Ability to create custom integrations when native connectors are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a complete inventory of software, owners, costs, data and integrations.
• Document workflows with employees across departments to identify pain points.
• Build and maintain integrations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, APIs and webhooks.
• Develop AI-assisted estimate and proposal drafting workflows.
