Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an Automation / Integration / Zapier Developer to join our remote team from the Philippines. You will design and implement automation workflows, integrate SaaS platforms, and build AI-powered bots to optimize company-wide operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Zapier/Make/n8n experience, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and Git; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in automation, integrations, or Zapier development.
Demonstrated portfolio or code samples of relevant work.
Strong proficiency with Zapier; experience with Make or n8n is a plus.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, version control, testing and security.

Responsibilities

Map business processes and build automation workflows using triggers, actions, filters, paths, webhooks, and data transformations.
Integrate SaaS platforms and APIs with secure credentials, validation, and error handling.
Create and maintain cross-company workflows and AI-powered automation.
Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows; document procedures.
