Job summary

M365Consult is seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Engineer to lead and implement Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Automate projects. You will own AI solutions end-to-end, from discovery through deployment, while coordinating outsourced contributors and mentoring team members.

The role demands hands-on delivery, business-priority discussions, and the ability to maintain scalable, secure Microsoft environments. Remote work allows global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering production solutions using Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Automate.
• Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot in business workflows.
• Experience building AI agents connected to business data, tools, and APIs.
• Experience evaluating AI outputs and handling unreliable results.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, approvals, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, app permissions, authentication, and secure credentials.
• Ability to write/review scripts in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
• Proven experience administering a Microsoft environment and GitHub-connected solutions.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or CI/CD for Microsoft solutions.
• Understanding of environment separation, solutions, dependencies, and environment config.
• Experience delivering technical projects with planning and stakeholder communication.
• Proven leadership of developers or coordinating distributed contributors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI assistants using Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Improve adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across business workflows.
• Connect AI solutions to business data while respecting permissions.
• Develop Power Automate workflows with validation, monitoring, and recovery.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Graph, and external APIs.
• Create custom connectors or supporting code as needed.
• Evaluate AI output quality, grounding, latency, and cost.
• Set up human review steps for critical automated actions.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments.
• Configure GitHub-connected Power Platform solutions and deployment workflows.
• Maintain secure identities and access configurations.
• Monitor platform health and document operational processes.
• Translate business requirements into tasks, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate outsourced contributors and review their deliverables.
• Mentor colleagues and maintain maintainable solutions.
